So dark that you cannot tell that it's a jam of peach goodness captured in authentic vanilla bean flavor. It's got more than that, but the cook won't say. Why would/should one reveal what is the special aspect of it all besides the two main ingredients that it entails... otherwise, it just wouldn't be listed as something fine that you must have.
